This course reviews behaviors that could constitute sexual harassment, how to report potential instances of harassment, and our obligations under federal, state, and city laws. New York State and New York City regulations require all WCM faculty and staff to complete this training on an annual basis. All employees and non-employees are required to complete the training within 90 days of onboarding.

- Log in to the Weill Business Gateway with your CWID and password. (If you are not an employee of Weill Cornell Medicine please log in by using the following link: https://sf-lms.weill.cornell.edu).

Do not use Safari or Google Chrome. - On the Learning Management System homepage, under My Learning Assignments, you will see the training Maintaining a Harassment-Free Workplace (WCM-135020) if you have not yet completed it.
- Click on Start Course and complete each presentation
- Click the Exit button when you are on the last slide to ensure you receive credit for completing the course.
