The Office of Institutional Equity enforces Weill Cornell Medicine’s policies that prohibit discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and sexual misconduct. Retaliation against any Weill Cornell Medicine faculty member, staff member, or student for exercising their right under these policies, participating in investigations of allegations covered by these policies, opposing any conduct covered under these policies, and encouraging others to exercise their rights is absolutely prohibited.
