In the spirit of learning, the Office of Institutional Equity currently offers training on Unconscious Bias, Maintaining a Harassment-Free Workplace, and Cultivating Belonging & Equitable Workplace Practices for Weill Cornell Medicine faculty and staff. We are also continuously working to introduce additional programs to cover these and other related topics in more depth.
