Fostering an inclusive, equitable culture at Weill Cornell Medicine is a collaborative effort that requires participation from members of our community. That is why we formed the Staff Equity and Inclusion Council (SEIC). Under the direction of the Office of Staff Diversity and Inclusion, the SEIC leverages partnerships with the Office of Diversity & Inclusion, the Medical College, Graduate School, and other members of the WCM community to promote a robust staff equity, inclusion, and belonging agenda within all departments.
The SEIC also leads institutional events, provides diverse perspectives, conducts impactful research, and creates departmental connections.
