Get Involved: Join a Staff Equity & Inclusion Business Resource Group

Earlier this year, the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) chartered the Staff Equity and Inclusion Council and Business Resources Groups to help strengthen our culture of equity and inclusion for staff at Weill Cornell Medicine. Under the OIE’s direction, the Workplace Culture, Workforce Optimization, and Community Engagement Business Resource Groups develop solutions to improve employee engagement, encourage performance excellence, and create opportunities to collaborate with community programs in New York City.
We are happy to share that we are currently accepting new members for all three Business Resource Groups. Business Resources Groups are your opportunity to directly influence equity and inclusion programming at WCM, build our community, and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
